On November 9th, we’re setting off on a journey along the Budureasca wine trail. An adventure where fine wines meet gourmet dishes, creating a truly unique experience!
The entire evening will be graced with the smooth, elegant sounds of live saxophone.
We’ll start with the perfect appetizer: crispy homemade bread and a trio of exquisite butters (truffle, roasted pepper, and lemon & Maldon salt).
Next up, a fresh and vibrant starter: crispy feta drizzled with honey, arugula salad, and a mix of flavorful cheeses.
For the fish course, we’ll spoil you with grilled salmon, creamy parsnip puree infused with coconut milk, and a delicate shrimp sauce.
Meat lovers will delight in a medium-cooked beef tenderloin, served with caramelized baby carrots and truffle-infused puree.
We’ll end the night on a sweet note with Belgian chocolate mousse and honeycomb.
The carefully selected wines will perfectly complement each dish, from the refined Prima Stilla Alb sparkling wine to the elegant Noble White and Noble Five blends.
