In a sophisticated environment of timeless elegance, the Silena Mountain Spa experience will reveal the traditional therapies of our ancestors, inspired by the surrounding mountains and the secrets of their natural beauty. Our wellness facilities include a swimming pool, jacuzzi, Finnish dry sauna, herbal bio-sauna, steam sauna, ice fountain, sensory shower, saline sensory relaxation room with infrared loungers, and a fitness room.

Complimentary access is available between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with prior reservation. To create a serene and enjoyable evening atmosphere, access between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM requires a fee of 20 RON/adult and 10 RON/child, with prior reservation. 

As the evening unfolds, we dedicate special time exclusively for adults. During our Adults Only sessions, from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM on weekends, access is available for a fee of 20 RON/adult, with prior reservation, within the limits of available places.

Wet Spa

In our spa, in an area specially designed only for adults, where the peace blends perfectly with the therapeutic sound of the waterfall and eucalyptu-flavored steam bath combined with the refreshing Caribbean shower, are meant to offer you a real spa treatment - culminating in a warm hydrotherapy in the jacuzzi, all you need is a good book and a detoxifying tea, to complete your well-deserved experience.

Indoor Swimming Pool

Swimming is a great way to work your whole body and cardiovascular system. An hour of swimming burns almost as many calories as running, without the strong impact on the bones and joints. Enjoy relaxation in the heated indoor pool, open in all seasons. The swimming pool, which measures 9 x 6 meters and a depth of 1.5 meters, is ideal for both children and adults, being an excellent way to relax and play sports at the same time.

Sauna Session

An excellent way to strengthen your immunity, relax your muscles and relax your mind, consists of dry sauna sessions with aromas from the heart of the Bucegi Mountains and herbal biosauna, combined with cooling and invigorating with a fresh juice and then with a well-deserved relaxation in salt room, where the detoxification process continues by inhaling the purified saline air and by the heat generated by the infrared sunbeds. The spa team is at your disposal to guide you and pamper you with sauna flavors and "how to... spa".

MASSAGE RESERVATION

We recommend that you show up 10 minutes before you start the scheduled therapy, specify your preferences for male or female therapist, and if you are late, we need to change the duration of treatment. For certain treatments, the therapist provides you with a disposable underwear. It is necessary to wear a bathing suit with water therapies.

MASSAGE CANCELLATION POLICY

It is necessary that the modification or cancellation of the appointments be comunicated to the Spa Reception at least 4 hours in advance, in order to avoid the payment of a penalty of 50% of the equivalent value of the respective service for retaining unjustified a massage slot. Treatments can only be rescheduled subject to availability.

VALUABLES

We recommend that you leave your valuables and jewelry in the hotel room safe. Our center does not take responsibility for the loss of personal belngings or their damage during therapies

PAYMENT

Spa services are paid at the hotel reception or added to the hotel room bill.

SPA DRESS CODE

Towels, disposable slippers and individual locker rooms can be picked up at the pool reception. Please leave your used pool towels at the pool reception at the exit. The swimsuit is mandatory in all spa facilities, including the salt room. Adequate sports equipment is required in the gym.
